Recieved the item damaged (packing materials used was not sufficient for the item). They responded to my email and ask I return it. I did almost a month ago with no refund issued to me, had to pay a ton in shipping (a second time), and they will not reply back to any of my emails since. Very much disappointed and lost quite a bit of money!!!
